H. E. Dr. Ali bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and H. E. E. the former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, His Eminence Faruk Umar Faruk, Emir of Daura, and a delegation from Qatar Charity.
