A Nigerian honours the State of Qatar for its support of anti-drug and crime programs.

The National Alliance against Drug Abuse in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, under the supervision of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime accredited to Nigeria, honoured the State of Qatar with the Medal of honour for its support of drug and crime control programs, as one of the initiatives and outputs of the Doha Declaration, issued by the Thirteenth United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.

The certificate of honour has received by His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nigeria during the ceremony at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Abuja, in the presence of Dr.Oliver Stolpe, Representative of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Nigeria and a delegation from the Centre for the Revival of Ethics between the Youth of Nigeria and the Alliance National Against Drug Abuse.
