His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, along with His Excellency Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, Governor of Borno State, laid the foundation stone for the “Al-Khayrat Center” in Maiduguri, Borno State, during an event held in the presence of a number of senior government officials in the state to launch the project.
