His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Nigeria, visited His Royal Highness Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, Emir of Katsina, at his palace in the capital of Katsina State.
